4 - teaspoon oregano
8 - small cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 3/4 cup vinegar
1 - teaspoon pepper (fresh crushed is better)
3 - teaspoons salt
- - - chicken and veggies
- Mix all ingredients together in a non-metallic dish.
- Add meat, cover, and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 24 hours, stirring occasionally.
- Add cut up veggies of choice to marinate for 6-8 hours.(Peppers, onions tomatoes)
- Skewer as a shish-ka-bob and grill ‘til done. Any meat will do. Chicken and pork tend to taste the best.
